| Qualifications |
High School education or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of building sales experience. Good math, verbal and written communication skills combined with fundamental computer proficiency required. Knowledge of blue print reading, estimates, contractor business, residential construction, building materials and selling techniques is preferred. Able to lift up to a 100 lbs. Must be able to lift merchandise above shoulder height, unload a delivery truck, climb a ladder, drive to job sites and maneuver around job sites, the store, yard and warehouse. Clean driving record. Drug Free Workplace. |
