Best - Featured Builder
This level receives premier positioning on the home page of the website. It also includes development of a website or SEO enhancement of your present site to make your company easier to find on search engines. You will also be able to feature up to 15 properties that you have to sell with complete information on each of them. This requires a 3 month contract at $500 per month. With $500 of that being due upon the start-up and $500 due on the first of each month thereafter for a total of $2000 over the 3 month minimum commitment period. If you decide to continue with the featured builder program after the 3 months - your rate would be $75 per month for 9 months. Rates after that time period will be reviewed. WRS will promote the website extensively in the local media and on our website to increase traffic to your company.
Better - Featured Home
If you would just like to promote the homes or properties you have for sale. You will be able to upload the properties to the website area that features homes or land for a cost of $50 and they would remain on the site for up to 6 months or when sold. Maximum of 10 properties at this rate. You would be able to list your name on our builder directory at no charge. WRS will promote the website extensively in the local media and on our website to increase traffic to your company. Subdivisions may also be added to the area dedicated to them at a cost of $100 each. It would allow photos and description of the area along with Mapquest directions and schools assigned to the area.
Good - Builder Directory
This is furnished at $25 per month to WRS Builder or Remodeler customers that are in good standings with our company. The only requirement is that you sign up on the login area located at the bottom of the website. We request that anyone using the email address forwarding feature allow us to use a face address that is there company name. We will set this up so that it uses the name we set-up, but it will still come to your personal email address that you have. We will contact you to explain this option. WRS will promote the website extensively in the local media and on our website to increase traffic to your company.
